Front & Static Pages

AppearanceCustomiseFront & Static Pages.

Unlike many other WordPress themes that generate multiple demo or homepages inside your dashboard, Platform keeps things simple with no unnecessary static pages created.

At Code Supply Co, we believe that content and appearance should remain separate. Instead of relying on pre-made pages, this approach lets you configure your homepage directly in one place, with a live preview, via:

Display Settings

You can choose what’s displayed on the homepage of your site. It can be a classic blog, or a fixed/static page.

To use a static homepage, start by creating two Pages. One will become the homepage, and the other will be where your posts are displayed.

Latest Posts

Displays posts in reverse chronological order (classic blog) – either directly on the homepage or on a separate posts page, depending on your earlier settings.

This section includes:

  • Sidebar position settings;
  • Layout options: grid, list, full post;
  • Post appearance customization.

Featured Post

Turning on the Featured Post option highlights the first post with a stylish overlay — great for drawing attention to your key content.

Homepage Sections

You can add and arrange optional homepage sections before or after the Latest Posts. These sections are fully customizable and lets you build a more dynamic and engaging homepage.

Hero

The Hero section allows you to showcase one leading post prominently.

Categories

This section displays selected post categories, helping users quickly identify important parts of your website and improving navigation.

About

Introduce yourself or your website with the About section. You can also add an optional call-to-action (CTA) button that links to another page or opens a popup window.

Post Slider

Display several key posts in a compact format using a slider. For optimal layout and performance, we recommend featuring 3 to 4 posts.

Post Tiles

A simple way to highlight either three or five key posts, depending on your chosen layout style.
